Congratulations to Everett F. Kerr Middle School and Veterans Memorial Middle School on advancing to the next round of the 2026 IESA 7th Grade Girls Volleyball Regional Championship Tournament! Both teams will compete in the semi-finals today, Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Everett F. Kerr Middle School. Kerr will face Burr Ridge Gower at 4:30 p.m., and Veterans Memorial Middle School will take on Horizon Southwest at 6:00 p.m. Please note that the 6:00 p.m. matches have been starting early when the 4:30 p.m. game concludes ahead of schedule. Those planning to attend the Veterans game are encouraged to arrive between 5:30 –5:45 p.m.

As a reminder, due to the tournament, ticket prices must be in accordance with IESA expectations, therefore tickets will be $5 at the door for any spectators 5 years of age and older. Those under 5 will be free. 

Thank you to everyone who came out over the past two nights to support Cook County School District 130. Best of luck to both teams as tournament play continues.
