The Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department is responsible for overseeing, reviewing and approving the hiring of staff, assuring that new staff are qualified and supported in their new roles. The Department handles employee relations including investigations of complaints, the implementation of effective performance management practices, orientations, and providing guidance to staff in the areas of benefits and leaves. The Human Resources Department is also charged with updating and maintaining District policies.
