With over two decades of experience in the field of education, Stephanie Delgrosso joined Cook County School District 130 in 2018 as the Director of Teaching and Learning. Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, she is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the district’s instructional programs. She also establishes and maintains the budget to support programming needs for teaching and learning. Mrs. Delgrosso partners with the Department of Language, Culture, and Learning, the Pupil Personnel Services Department, and the Technology Department to meaningfully support student and staff needs.
In the years prior to joining Cook County School District 130, Mrs. Delgrosso served as a Program Coordinator for the Joliet Public Schools District 86; and as an instructional coach, new teacher program facilitator, and summer school principal for Community Consolidated School District 146. She has been a provider of professional development for many years, having presented at the school, district, and state-levels.
Mrs. Delgrosso holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois University (DeKalb, IL), a Master of Arts in Reading from Lewis University (Romeoville, IL), and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from University of St. Francis (Joliet, IL). She is endorsed as a reading specialist and in gifted education. Mrs. Delgrosso enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Lucero Moreno joined Cook County School District 130 as a bookkeeper within our Business Services Department in 2006. Her development of systems to maintain the accountability of district finances led to her appointment of Controller for our district in 2015. In her current role, Ms. Moreno leads the Business Services department in the maintenance of all financial functions required to operate CCSD 130 in a fiscally responsible manner that aligns with federal and state mandates and reporting requirements. Additionally, she and her department provide a wide range of supports to district and school administration. This support includes the funding of instructional programs and special projects, as well as the monitoring of: health and life safety procedures; maintenance and continued improvement of district facilities and grounds; student transportation and meal services; and numerous partnership arrangements.
Ms. Moreno received her Master of Arts in Educational Administration with a focus on courses to support her Illinois licensure to becoming a Chief School Business Official (CSBO) from Governors State University (University Park, IL). She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Illinois - Chicago. Lucero is proud to serve in the community where she lives and sends her daughter to school. She also attended CCSD 130 schools herself from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

Mrs. Tisch is dedicated to serving the students, families, staff, and peers of Cook County School District 130. Mrs. Tisch’s education includes a Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University (Wheaton, IL). Mrs. Tisch earned a second Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Governors State University (University Park, IL). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from St. Xavier University (Chicago, IL), where she received a scholarship to play softball. Carrie enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband and two children.
