Communication Process and Guidelines
As a part of our commitment to be eco-friendly and to ensure information is easily accessible, Cook County School District 130 has partnered with Peachjar to provide a digital e-flyer sharing service. Peachjar sends approved flyers directly to parents' email addresses and posts them online via the District website. With Peachjar, families can easily find and view flyers, and immediately take action to sign up for valuable programs, activities, and events available within our school community. Families can also share flyers with friends and family with ease. To access Peachjar, please click on the Peachjar icon on the district webpage.
Information for Community Organizations
Paper flyers will no longer be distributed. Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends approved flyers directly to a parents' email and posts them on the District website. There is a small fee for community organizations to use this service; however, since this service greatly reduces printing costs, the Peachjar fee is about 30% less expensive than the cost of duplicating and distributing
copies of flyers for distribution in schools. You can learn more about our Peachjar flyer approval guidelines below and to view Board Policy 8:25 Advertising and Distributing Materials in Schools Provided by Non-School Related Entities.
