e-Learning
Family Resources
What is e-Learning?
The purpose of our e-Learning Day Plan is to allow for student instruction to continue electronically during inclement weather or emergency days when the school buildings are closed.
This website provides guidance to parents/guardians so they can support their child's learning at home.
What are the guidelines for an e-Learning Day?
The e-Learning plan includes five clock hours of instruction during the course of a day.
Parents are not expected to be their child's teacher; however, some assistance may be needed.
Teachers will check email periodically throughout the instructional day to answer questions and assist students, unless unforeseen technical issues arise.
Should a student experience difficulty with the instructional content, the teacher will provide help upon his/her return from school.
How will my student access their classes?
Google Meet
Google Meet will be the video platform.
Clever
Students will use Clever to log into the e-Learning platform at home.
Google Classroom
In K- Grade 8, Google Classroom is the platform teachers will use for e-Learning instruction.
ParentSquare
Pre-K parents will receive instructions for their students through ParentSquare.
