Happy Trolley Riders Nathan Hale Primary and Intermediate Schools, as part of the PBIS Rewards Program, have treated eighteen students to a one hour trolley ride on a classic trolley on two separate occasions. A third trip is planned for the spring. The trolley was provided by Mike Small, owner and operator of Elegant Trolleys. Mike can be contacted at http://eleganttrolleys.com/ The destination for the ride was Tampier Woods at 135th & Wolf Rd, where the kids got to get off the trolley and run around after the geese. Our school social worker Mr. Bolger provided an in transit lesson about the history of trolley cars in America. A great time was had by all, and the event will be repeated two more times this school year as a way to reward our kids for positive behavior. Keep up the great work kids!
