Block Party Fun!

 PBIS is off to a GREAT Start…  On Friday, August 24^th, the students were welcomed back to school with a Block Party!  Along with the DJ, dancing, bean bags, and snacks, teachers volunteered to sit in a dunk tank and have pies thrown at them to promote positive behavior at Kerr Middle School.  Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, better known as PBIS is just one way that Kerr Middle promotes positive behavior.  Through PBIS, Students earn signatures on a Cougar Card.  When the card is filled, they are rewarded with a small prize and their name is entered into a monthly raffle.  Monthly raffle prizes could include gift cards to local stores, radios, telephones, and many other very cool prizes!
