Summer Programs 2018:

  • No Programs in Session: 
    • All Fridays
    • Wednesday, July 4
  • Program Testing Window:
    • Tuesday,  June 26 – Tuesday, July 10
  • Reporting:
    • Progress Reports: Thursday, June 21
    • End of Program Reports: Thursday, July 12
 

Important Information for Parents:

  • Students are expected to wear their uniforms throughout the Summer Programs.
  • The Seamless Summers program: 
    • Daily Breakfast from 7:45 A.M.  to 8:30 A.M. 
    • Lunch will not be provided.
  • Arrival:
    • On-Site Traffic flow 
    • Students must be present for 8:00 A.M. attendance in their classroom
    • Excessive absences or late arrivals may affect enrollment and/or successful completion of the Summer Programs
    • Parents can drop students off at the front doors (Door 1)
    • Students arriving on buses will enter through west lot (Door 10)
    • Bus route information 
  • Dismissal:
    • On-Site Traffic flow 
    • Buses will load for dismissal from the west lot (Door 10) around 11:50 A.M. every day.
    • Bus route information 
    • As buses dismiss, parents can begin picking-up students at the front doors (Door 1) between 11:50 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
    • If a parent has arranged an alternative way for the child to be transported home, please communicate this with the office by 11:00 A.M. to ensure that the message is relayed properly.

Programs:

  • Kindergarten Boost:
    • Students entering first grade in the fall, receiving additional support to maintain the foundational skills developed during the school year. 
 
  • Gr 1-8 ESL:
    • Students receiving additional dual language services to support and develop various communication/academic skills related to language development.
 
  • Gr 1-8 Boost:
    • Students needing additional support in the areas of reading and mathematics; Some students may need additional support in meeting the promotion criteria not met during the regular school year.
