Nathan Hale Primary School
Welcome to Nathan Hale Primary and Intermediate Schools!
Located in the heart of Crestwood, Illinois, Nathan Hale provides a fantastic educational experience on a beautiful campus with a long history of excellence. If viewed as one institution, Nathan Hale Primary and Intermediate Schools hold the largest and most diverse student body in the school district. We are six hundred students strong and growing, and offer more unique programs than most schools in the area.
Under our roof is the permanent home of the Eisenhower Educational Cooperative’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program, the School District #130 K-3 Intensive Communication Program, the School District #130 Emotional Disorder Programs for grades K-5, full-time Bilingual and Dual Language Programs, the grade 1-2 gifted programs for School District #130, and a program for our gifted students through grade 5. We are proud of what we offer and the diversity of the students that we offer this to.
Our goals for the future include providing interactive white boards in every classroom, a web presence that allows for all of our families to access important information about their children’s academic experience, and building a network of partner families that will extend our reach as educators far beyond the walls of the school. We embrace change and challenge all of our families to learn and change with us as we race into an unknown but exciting future.
