REGISTRATION 2011-2012

Cook County School District 130 hosted registration for the 2011-2012 school year for students entering kindergarten through eighth grade on Tuesday, August 9 and Wednesday, August 10.  Registration for the Early Childhood Program was held Monday, August 8 and Tuesday, August 9, for students attending Horace Mann School and Nathan Hale Pre-K Center.

If you did not register your child during designated registration dates or if you are new to the District, please contact the school that your child will attend.

* Parents of students who attend an outplaced school will need to register at the Pupil Personnel Services office located at 5312 W. 135th Street in Crestwood.  Please call 708-824-1052 for further information.

* A Ten dollar ($10.00) fee will be assessed if registration is not completed AND all applicable fees are not paid during designated registration dates.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards are accepted in addition to money orders, cash and checks.  (Checks will only be accepted if parent/guardian is in good financial standing with the District.)
